The Pittsburgh Steelers came back from a 10-point deficit to defeat the Los Angeles Rams 24-17 in Week 7 of the 2023 NFL season at Acrisure Stadium in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

The Rams took a 10-3 lead in the first half on a field goal by Matt Gay and a touchdown pass from Matthew Stafford to Cooper Kupp. The Steelers responded with a field goal by Chris Boswell in the second quarter, but the Rams took a 10-6 lead into halftime on a field goal by Gay.

The Steelers tied the game in the third quarter on a touchdown pass from Kenny Pickett to George Pickens. The Rams retook the lead in the fourth quarter on a touchdown pass from Stafford to Tyler Higbee, but the Steelers scored the next 18 points to win the game.

Pickett threw a touchdown pass to Najee Harris and a touchdown pass to Diontae Johnson in the fourth quarter, and Boswell kicked a field goal to give the Steelers a 24-17 victory.

Pickett finished the game with 327 passing yards and four touchdowns. Pickens had 102 receiving yards and a touchdown. Johnson had 65 receiving yards and a touchdown. Harris had 55 rushing yards and a touchdown.

Stafford finished the game with 273 passing yards and three touchdowns. Kupp had 100 receiving yards and a touchdown. Higbee had 75 receiving yards and a touchdown.

The Steelers played well in the second half to come back and win the game. Pickett was particularly impressive, throwing four touchdowns in the second half. The Steelers also played well defensively, holding the Rams to just 17 points.

The Rams struggled in the second half. Stafford threw two interceptions in the second half, and the Rams' defense was unable to stop the Steelers' offense.


The Steelers improved to 2-5 with the victory. The Rams fell to 3-4 with the loss.

The Steelers will look to continue their winning streak when they travel to take on the Miami Dolphins in Week 8. The Rams will look to get back on track when they host the San Francisco 49ers in Week 8.
