FC Porto thrashed R Antwerp FC 4-1 at the Bosuilstadion on Wednesday night to move top of Group B in the UEFA Champions League.

Evanilson scored twice for Porto, while Mehdi Taremi and Stephen Eustáquio also got on the scoresheet. Michel-Ange Balikwisha scored the consolation goal for Antwerp.

Porto started the game brightly and took the lead in the 10th minute through Evanilson. The Brazilian striker finished off a flowing move involving Otávio and Mehdi Taremi.

Porto doubled their lead in the 25th minute through Taremi. The Iranian striker headed home a corner kick from Eustáquio.

Eustáquio added Porto's third goal in the 50th minute with a well-taken strike from outside the box.

Evanilson completed his brace in the 65th minute after being played through by Taremi.

Antwerp pulled a goal back in the 75th minute through Balikwisha. The Belgian striker finished off a counter-attack after being played through by Yusuf Kaplan.

Porto held on for a comfortable victory in the closing stages.
